More MOOCs than ever before have been announced for this season. According to Class-Central.com, 328 courses started in September 2014.
The Chronicle of Higher Education suggests a list of notable courses. Let us highlight two of them on the edX platform:
- “The Art of Poetry” . Its instructor Robert Pinsky says: ““This course is based on the conviction that the more you know about an art, the more pleasure you will find in it”.
- “The Civil War and Reconstruction” by Eric Foner, a professor of history at Columbia University, one of the best historians in the world.
